About Prague

Prague is a major transport hub in Central Europe and is easily accessible by air, road or rail.  The main Prague shopping areas in Wenceslas Square and Republic Square offer a mix of local shops and International department stores. The Old Town Square and the Lesser Town (Malá Strana) offer small boutique shops, souvenirs and art shops.
The dramatic history of Prague is reflected in the beauty of its buildings. Often called the ‘City of a Hundred Spires’, Prague boasts a spectacular skyline, and is so packed with historical buildings it’s like a giant open-air museum!

The Astronomical Clock, Charles Bridge and Prague Castle will transport you back in time.
The city offers a wealth of good restaurants serving traditional Czech food or international dishes at tourist restaurants, eccentric cafes, lively beer halls, avant-garde clubs and fine dining establishments. World-famous Czech beers are worth a try as are many of the local specialties.
In October, the weather is a happy medium; not too hot or cold, and the angle of the autumn sun makes for a very special and atmospheric Prague.
